ADOPTS
- any base/lineart ur adopts was drawn on can be used by me as much times as I want.
- you can't resell ur adopt on any circumstances
- even if u redesign ur adopt and will get a completely different looking character as result, you still must credit me as creator.
- No commercial use. You can't sell any merch/games/comics/ etc with ur adopt.
- Yes to personal use. You can do merch/games/comics/etc for personal use (that means only you use merch with ur character).
- Yes to free things with ur character. Like as already said any things with them which anyone can use for free.
- In any of cases above you must credit me as creator of design.
- You mustn't use it for ai/nft/other art scam shit
- You can't copy existing designs
- Big no to tracing, idc if ur learning from my art or any other reason, it's always no
- I'd prefer to make adopt's th profile by myself, then transfer em to you. Be honest please if I ask if u have th
- if you post ur adopt on Toyhouse you must credit me as DraconicSlushie.
- if u won't credit me for adopt I'll take it down with staff help
- u can create any crazy content u want BUT if you create/comission with ur adopt:
· patriotic
· right wing/bigotry
· antiproship
· any phobia toward minorities
Then you'll have no rights on ur adopt anymore - you won't be an owner of them since the piece was started. Even if you have a lot of art, suit, songs, games etc with your adopt you have no more right to use them in any way. Ownership transfers back to me and I'm free to do with them anything I want (sell/keep/etc).CLOSED SPECIES (cs)
- Don't make my cs characters without permission
- If u got one, its only for personal use. No commercial or free use
- You cannot copy existing designs
- You can't create nonofficial cs and sell/use them as another species
- You can't claim my cs as ur own
COMMISSIONS
- I can post wips and updates of your commission on my socials unless you say "no"
- I have full rights to not finish ur work and stop our interactions if you rude or harass me or any of my clients. In this case I won't refund you, so behave please
- If I can't finish your work cause of my irl problems I'll reach u out (if I can) and will ask for more time or if u okay with full refund
- I can not accept ur request for comission without any excuses given to you/any other person. I do it only if person doing shit or I just don't get along with character/setting they want me to put it in
